Born and raised in central Pennsylvania, Jocelyn attended Bishop Guilfoyle High School in Altoona, PA. Jocelyn is a 2013 graduate from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration focused on marketing and sales.
Jocelyn believes that trust is the foundation for a successful client relationship and is committed to acting as an advocate for individuals when navigating their various healthcare choices.
Jocelyn is a licensed health and life insurance agent in Pennsylvania & Maryland specializing in Medicare. Jocelyn is also AHIP (America’s Health Insurance Plans) certified.
Jocelyn is committed to serving the communities where she resides by volunteering with organizations such as serving on the board for the Arc of Blair County and Gloria Gates Memorial Foundation. Jocelyn is a 2020 graduate of the Leadership Blair County Program.

Barry D’Andrea

Barry started in the insurance industry in 1993 as a commercial insurance agent for Saleme Insurance. He purchased the agency in 2004 and remains the President today. He and his wife Jennifer are the third generation of the family business that started in 1954.
He credits his success by never wavering from the founding principals of hiring people that are honest, caring and hardworking. In turn, customers are treated fairly and with the understanding that the most important thing the agency has to gain in their trust.
Barry has been steeped in community service since starting at Saleme. He has served on several boards including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Family Services of Blair County, The Blair County Chamber Foundation Board and The Blair County Chamber Executive Board.
Chris has been an Altoona resident for over thirty years with roots in western Pennsylvania. He holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Before transitioning to the insurance industry, Chris was employed for over twenty-five years in the field of marketing and advertising.

Ashley grew up in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania graduating high school from Hollidaysburg Area School District in 2017. For four years of her high school career, Ashley was living in Pittsburgh, PA completing high school via Hollidaysburg’s cyber school while rigorously studying ballet with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre.
In 2018, Ashley left the professional ballet world and started college at Penn State Altoona. She graduated Cum Laude in May of 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing and Management and a Minor in Entrepreneurship. Ashley was also a part of the prestigious Sheetz Fellows entrepreneurship program while in college.
After graduating from college, Ashley got right to work studying for and obtaining her health and life insurance license and becoming licensed.
